Lemon & ginger tea

Slice some fresh lemon - or orange - and fresh ginger. Pour over boiling water and add a little honey to taste.

Change it up
– add a pinch of cayenne for a wake-up kick
– add some cinnamon to the orange version
– a few slice of fresh turmeric in winter will help to ward off colds
