“My mission in life is not merely to survive, but to thrive; and to do so with some passion, some compassion, some humor, and some style.”
— Maya Angelou
I hope Maya Angelou will forgive me for borrowing her mission – but she does have a greater flair for words than I do and sums up a feel glorious approach beautifully.

A bit about me...
I am a health & nutrition coach specialising in stress related health conditions. I believe in creating programmes that take into account my clients’ very individual lives, bodies and preferences, and work closely together with them to uncover the simple changes to diet and lifestyle that will make the most profound differences to their energy, weight and overall health & happiness.
Most of all, I want the changes to be enjoyable and to last.
Food glorious food!
I've always loved good food - eating has long been one of my favourite things. But I also love how food can affect how I feel. Whether I need to feel focussed, or want to relax, or need to feel strong, or comforted, food has the power to do so much more than just help us stay slim and toned.
I have studied and explored food and nutrition my whole life, combining formal study (including a wide diversity of nutritional approaches, from Ayurveda to Atkins), personal experimentation and coaching - and recognise that no one way of eating suits everyone. Therefore all of my coaching centres around the importance of finding out what works (and what doesn't work) for each of us individually. And what is going to make these changes sustainable and enjoyable - as denial and deprivation have never really appealed to me much...
I have been lucky enough to train with some truly inspiring experts:
— Certified integrative health & nutrition coach, with the Institute of Integrative Nutrition in New York, training with pioneers in the health industry such as Deepak Chopra, Dr Andrew Weill and Dr Mark Hyman
— Accredited member of UK Health Coaches Association
— Certified yoga teacher, trained at The Yoga Academy with internationally acclaimed yoga teacher Simon Low
— First class honours degree in Chemistry for Edinburgh University
